VCDNP’s Sitara Noor contributed an essay in the latest Stockholm International Peace Research Institute publication entitled “China–Russia Relations and Regional Dynamics: From Pivots to Peripheral Diplomacy”.
Ms. Noor's analysis explores the driving factors behind Russia's growing outreach to Pakistan, in which she concludes that while the shift is more tactical than strategic, it has the potential to develop into a long term relationship if backed by further economic and diplomatic ties.
