From 17 to 19 October 2018 VCDNP Senior Research Associate Ulrich Kühn took part in the 2018 Belgrade Security Forum, discussing relations between The West and Russia. Mr. Kühn pointed out that "first of all Russia needs to credibly convince Europe that it is not a threat to its security before serious re-engagement can happen."
