VCDNP's Ulrich Kühn talked to the Russian program of Deutsche Welle about President Vladimir Putin's speech to build new and more nuclear weapons.

The Russian program of Deutsche Welle reported on 2 March 2018 about Vladimir Putin's announcement to build new and more nuclear weapons. VCDNP's Ulrich Kühn contributed to the story, saying that "What we saw in Putin's speech is half show and half reality ... but we should not underestimate the Russian military-industrial complex." Kühn stressed the fact that "a nuclear-powered cruise missile has yet to be fully developed by the Russians." Read the full story in Russian here.
