VCDNP Senior Fellow Angela Kane contributed to the "Global Catastrophic Risks 2017" report which is now available for download. The report is produced by the Global Challenges Foundation and addresses the greatest perceived threats to humanity. VCDNP's Angela Kane contributed to the report with regards to chemical and biological weapons, especially concerning their governance as outlined under the Biological Weapons Convention and Chemical Weapons Convention.
