In his latest essay for the "Conflict Zone Asia-Pacific" reader of the Heinrich Böll Foundation, VCDNP's Ulrich Kühn developed three scenarios ahead of the Trump-Kim Summit in Singapore. One of the scenarios depicts an inconclusive summit with no tangible results that would, over time, lead the US to tacitly accept a deterrence relationship with the North - much to the detriment of the international non-proliferation order.
