In recent years the world has witnessed rapid advances in cyber and other emerging technologies. On 6 October 2020, the VCDNP hosted Michal Onderco and Madeline Zutt to present research on the effects these technologies have on the nuclear domain.
On 15 January 2020, the VCDNP held a panel discussion featuring remarks from IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi. The panel aimed at building momentum towards the 2020 International Conference on Nuclear Security.
