VCDNP Senior Fellow Angela Kane joins the Board of Directors of DGVN.

VCDNP’s Senior Fellow Angela Kane has been elected to a four-year term to the Board of Directors of the United Nations Association of Germany, UNA-Germany (Deutsche Gesellschaft für die Vereinten Nationen – DGVN). Founded in 1952, the non-profit association promotes the United Nations and the vision of a peaceful and just world. The Board of Directors, along with the Steering Committee, represent the association, which is comprised of around 2000 members.

“Having spent my career working for the United Nations, I am honoured to continue working for the Organization’s goals through the German Association for the United Nations/DGVN. Their efforts to inform the public through publications and events have been invaluable, and I am very happy to support their work.”
