What to make of the latest positive signals coming from Pyongyang? Radio FM4 discussed that question with VCDNP's Ulrich Kühn on 7 March 2018. According to Kühn, much will depend on Washington being willing to enter direct talks with the North. In that regard, Kühn suggested that Washington should drop any preconditions to talks. He also predicted that Washington might have to pay a higher price for successful talks today than previous US administrations, given how far the North's nuclear programme has evolved.
