VCDNP Senior Fellow Angela Kane participated in a panel discussion on arms control in the backdrop of emerging technologies during the launch event of a new project by the University of Hamburg.
Senior Research Associate Federica Dall’Arche published a book titled “Non-Proliferazione, Controllo degli Armamenti e Disarmo Umanitario: una breve guida pratica”, the first resource in Italian on non-proliferation, arms control, and humanitarian disarmament. The book was published by the Italian National Association of Civil War Victims.
