Ahead of the summit between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, VCDNP's Ulrich Kühn gave an interview for Süddeutsche Zeitung, stressing the need for both presidents to address a number of lingering problems in the nuclear weapons realm. Referring to the treaty limiting strategic nuclear systems of both sides, Kühn underscored that time is running out on the New START agreement and that both sides must work hard if they want to replace the Treaty.
