VCDNP's Ulrich Kühn presented at the OSCE's Annual Security Review Conference.

At this year's Annual Security Review Conference of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), VCDNP's Ulrich Kühn delivered a keynote speech on "Risk-Reduction, Confidence- and Security-Building Measures (CSBMs), and Conventional Limitations" to the "Working session III: Conventional arms control and confidence- and security-building measures: challenges and opportunities," on 27 June 2018. In his remarks, Kühn pointed to the dire state of arms control and confidence-building measures in the OSCE area and reminded participating States that arms control is possible even in times of growing tensions.
